What we collect

We collect account and contact information, property listing content, enquiries, verification records, security logs and essential cookie data needed to operate House101.

Why we use it

We use data to publish and manage listings, connect genuine enquirers with advertisers, prevent fraud, provide support, improve search and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers and listing contacts where necessary for these purposes. We retain it only as long as needed, subject to legal and dispute-resolution requirements.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email address, display name and a stable account identifier. House101 does not store Google access or refresh tokens. Email/password sign-in remains available when Google sign-in is disabled.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw optional marketing consent, or close your account by contacting us.

Security and contact

We use access controls, encryption in transit, verification and monitoring. No system is completely risk-free. Privacy requests can be submitted through our contact page.

This operational policy must be reviewed by Hong Kong counsel and updated with the company legal name, registered address, processors and privacy contact before production launch.
